 Migraine
I have migraine for more than 10 years. Migraine symptoms worsen when stressed. My head hurts everyday. I tried doing yoga, eat fish oil, eat sedatives to blur out the pain. The last 2 years I cannot sleep well, always waking up in the night time.
Eating sedatives is not good and has side effects, so I have to find another way.
I drink Maqui Plus 25 ml two times daily for consecutive three months. Now I never have a headache again. I can sleep a lot now, and not wake up in the middle of the night.
